The Au jus is just the drippings of the roast and it was AMAZING! I didn't want to put too much attention on the rub as anyone you like will work as well as anything else! 😀

The butter got deep inside making it super juicy and tender and the bark set well right on the top. Once you cut into it the spices blended with the meat and made it extra tastier and delicious! Prime rib extravaganza! 😀😀😀
No garlic. I was thinking on putting garlic cloves inside the meat but with the butter running inside it may had changed the flavors… the rub at the end had lots of garlic though 😀
For Christmas, I'll be making a full-blooded wagyu striploin seared and then finally basted with homemade butter rosemary thyme garlic! I'm super excited
