Hello. I watched steinsgate and steinsgate 0 two weeks ago. I am fully in love. Best anime ever. I cried hard. Really hard. I got to tell you, it was perfect. Perfect. Everything, down to the last minute details.
A friend of mine showed it to me just this year as well. Started with the Visual Novels and went to the animes and mangas after. There is no equal to Steins Gate and their never will be.
It's been years. It will be a decade. It doesn't matter how much time passes if time itself is an illusion. It doesn't matter if I'm feeling sad, I will be happy in a timeline. It doesn't matter if I reach that timeline, I will be broken in all others. And yet, infinity looks so close when I see those numbers. Those numbers tell me how impossible it is. I only see the end, where I reach infinity.

I'm so glad i didn't give up on the series when i watched it first time in 2013, i almost did and i hate myself for even thinking that back then. For 6th time of watching the anime and the 10 year anniversary of me seeing it for the first time i decided to go a bit nutty and started to binge every S;G media released and translated into english, i read the VN's, watched the animes/OVA's/movie/stageplay, read the mangas and listened to the drama CD's and my love for the series grew into astronomical heights. And after marathoning the series once, i did it again after 2 months because i felt that i just didn't get enough of it and now after 2 months of that 2nd marathon i'm contemplating doing it for the third time. My life in 2023 has been consumed by S;G, there's not enough words in all the languages forgotten, known, unknown or yet to be made to truly describe my love for this series, even if i could zealosly spread the word of it till the heatdeath of the universe would be infinitely insufficient to describe my love for it.
You may try out an original visual novel - it contains the perfect step-by-step explanation of what is _actually_ happening in the first anime episodes, with no skipped scenes and less annoying main character.
@@NikhilS-c2b You can find the "main" VN's in steam (original, elite + linear bounded phenogram, zero and my darlings embrace), there are few that are not in steam, and MDE isn't technically a "main one" since it's a romcom spin-off. There is the wiki that has small explanations about what happens in the endings, but it just doesn't do justice to them.
yea same happened with me aswell i put it on hold at episode 8 in 2021 and now just last week i decided to go ahead with the only on hold anime i ever had and it became my fav. anime of all time. and the soundtracks are just too amazing
I think stainsgate shows realy good what it is, when u have depression. But it shows how it feels when someone found hisself again. He said it, without his white kittle he is not hisself. Its like, sometime we people not we are, but its ok to take a rest of his role and come back later. As more he lost, as more he get stronger. This Anime shows me, u can only get stronger, when u first loose uself to find uself again. The crazyst fact is: One massage to youself can change the whole world (end of season 1, season 2 is when he dont talk to his own self). Never forgett to image, what would u future self say to u, and what would u say to him.
Well I realized that if you had the Reading Steiner ability you couldn't timeleap back to forget it, sooo hopefully you don't have it, also you could send a d-mail to yourself that the anime sucks or something :D

I want my life to make sense, but nothing does. I can't see any reason for the things that have happened to me, but in steinsgate, it's different. Everything happens, from the smallest thing like Mayuri losing her Metal Oopa, to the immense sorrow "later" on, all to conclude in a way that makes the characters understand each other a little better. That's why I want connection within my life. So that we can understand each other a little better. If only something would come out of the hurt you served me as a child, maybe I could completely forgive you, but I'm stuck just trying to tell myself that I forgive you again and again every single day. This turned into a rant, but I'll leave my brain dump here. I'm sure it didn't make sense, but nothing in this real life seems to make sense or align. That's why I love steinsgate.
It’s not so happy ending. Our original Okabe is dead in 18000BC. The whole anime is literally a horror, because everybody literally died after first D-mail except of Okabe. Then he died after 1st time leap. They are all dead if you think about their way of time travel. I was devastated at the end of this story. 💀 Only some things remain in the memory of those who are pretending to be our original characters 💀💀💀💀💀

There is no paradox ending. After Okabe left the time machine and his crew sent the D-Video in 2025, the world line will re-writes itself and Okabe in 18000 BC actually return back to the Stein's Gate wordline, with him in 2025 retaining the memories up to 2025 from SG:0 wordline. Sending the D-Video to jump world line is the same as how they sent the D-Mail in the past to switch worldline. There is only 1 worldline and it will re-write once the D-Video is sent.
