I work construction and posted before on other videos and like that you've mentioned blue collar workers being on their feet all day on other posts. I manage to contort my body in all sorts of ways and directions, especially on my current job (climbing in and around numerous confined crawl spaces under buildings). I feel it all at the end of the day, feet and everywhere else. If I tried that little move you demonstrated, I'd cry for a day and be out of work for a week. lol
P.S.: As Yakko Warner would similarly say, "Hel-lo, Doc!" 👍
