I'm really lucky that I sell at a party store where they don't I'm right down the street from the high school my nephew goes to football practice 5 days a week so yeah they get my money😂😂 and they real nice plus we're set up at the police roll by every 10 to 15 minutes so I feel pretty safe

so just curious, you don't get any hassle being on the sidewalks? and do you mainly do cash app or venmo? just curious, trying to may do this myself too :)
I was wondering the same thing because where we live you can't sell on the sidewalk with out a license but still have to get the business permission

Do you need a license to sell on the street?
Yes, it is called peddlers license, But I do it anyway. In my area police rides right pass. This doesnt mean every state or city will allow you to though
