When's the other bad experience flight from Kiev dropping 😆 I had some good and bad experiences with Eurowings but prefer them to Ryanair.

Edelweiss is not a low cost carrier, it is a leisure full service carrier, you should definitely give them a try on a longhaul route.
Absolutely right. Defo one of the best long haul carrier!

I just love the way u explain each and every thing of a flight and facilities related to it . Ppl usually show videos of well known flight but the unique thing about ur videos are , u come up with flights which are new , adventures and some time very weird . Keep it up . I am a big fan of urs from India .
Please note that Eurowings discover and Eurowings are not the same airline, even though the name may indicate so and they both are part of the Lufthansa Group ☺️

The sound on your last few videos has been going funny. It’s seems to keep switching from stereo to mono when you talk into the mic and just comes through the left headphone. I really enjoy your videos so keep up the good work 👍🏻
Seat configuration real nice.. i like the elbow rests on each side
The sound was only mono (left channel) when you speak into the mic through the mask several times (at 3'40" and so on).

Hi Josh went to watch Liverpool FC in Bucharest in 2001 and flew with Lufthansa via Frankfurt....probably one of my favourite airports

Hi Josh, just FYI when listening with headphones (e.g. AirPods) the Sound is only on one ear during the parts you are talking. That makes it a bit unpleasant to listen to.
You are right iam aware of that too still a lovely video anyway.
That is probably a UA-cam or headphone fault

Looks like it’s a very great product either eco /premium eco or business. LH has done a great job with creating this airline. It’s a pity AF don’t think doing same thing with their low cost Transavia. This Canadian ain’t rough enough and they focus too much on AF/ KLM while German are eager to develop…. Well done LH

It’s already activated
It’s activated on actual EW Discover flights. This flight was officially operated by Air Dolomiti, hence no IFE.

I did this flight two times in the A-330-200 to Barcelona and one time back to Frankfurt. But all flight were in in Economy Class. One time I was sitting in the Premium Eco, which was quiet good. But If you are not lucky to get the Premium Eco, then go to row 14 in the 330-200 wich is the first row after Premium Eco. It has even bigger free space to seat in front. The 200 has even a window on the toilet, which is quite cool. But avoid row 15, because it has no window.
Josh another great review Eurowings Discover looks pretty good and flying the A330NEO too . If the service is good as Lufthansa it’s going to be a winner ! . I always enjoy flying via Frankfurt AP it has such wonderful views of aircraft movement’s 👍
It isn’t an A330neo, just an A330 with a painted mask around the cockpit windows ;)

These are also ex-Brussels Airlines seats. Edelweiss has been completely scammed by LH by giving up its two brand new A330-300s. Now they only operate three old ex-LX A340s… with the old Swiss seats.

There is several Lufthansa business lounges at Frankfurt airport. I know sometimes they are very busy
Controversial but I like the look of the black mask on the non NEO aircraft
I didn't realise how noisy they are. Most channels seem to cancel the real noise some how

Edelweiss is not a low cost carrier.
Lounges shouldn’t be allowed to be filled beyond seating capacity. If I had paid extra for that lounge like some will have I would of been fuming to be standing or sitting on the floor.
Whether you collect points, buy a business/first class ticket or pay for lounge access it should always be luxurious experience.
Especially right now. But fair enough, LH's Business Lounge at FRA is very small... I bought two business class tickets this summer, because they had the best Cancelation policies. I never expected access to the lounge on a small route like FRA to ARN.
The last time I flew Eurowings was on an ATR from Dortmund to Tegel/Berlin in 1997 and I paid in Deutschmarks too. Mensch! I'm so old now😲

Glad to hear of your good service experience on Eurowings. My last flight with them featured a former prison guard turned flight attendant. Put me off this airline forever.

Do you think wearing short pant on a Busines Class flight is appropriate? I think you understand the difference between First, Business and Economy - Wearing appropriately is expected from each passenger even the Airlines do not mention that.
Seems like you don’t travel very often in First or Business Class otherwise you would know that nobody dresses up anymore upfront.
I don't think that all of their A330-300 come in this beautiful seat configuration. Looking at the seat map most of their fleet is equipped with a 2-2-2 configuration in business class, similar to their A330-200. Am I wrong?

The microphone I used on board is unfortunately broken which I only noticed after the trip and it is only recording in mono for some reason. My apologies! I have gotten a new mice though :) It's gonna get better!

I normally leave the business lounges after I’ve got the food. I’d rather mix with the riff-raff than sit with a bunch of posh toffs in total silence.

Currently it is scheduled on the 330 and only bookable via Lufthansa.

What's wrong with the audio
I don’t understand what the designated company crew (Air Dolimiti) has to do with the lack of entertainment available even though the craft had the equipment. If you paid to fly business class you ended up getting shortchanged because of an airline decision to fly a scheduled flight in that configuration. Having a training crew onboard should also in my opinion, be no cause to omit any services that were to be part of that flight’s experience. The paying passengers should not be deprived because of airline arrangements.
There wouldn’t be IFE anyways, not on Air Dolomoti, not on Lufthansa, not on any airline operating on that route. Ok these routes IFE isn’t even advertised. The flight is operated by Air Dolomiti, not Eurowings Discover itself. As EN has no IFE service it’s also deactivated on this flight. You can’t have IFE of an airline you on the paper aren’t even flying with
@@spongebubatz in that case, Josh was NOT really on a Eurowings Discover flight. The craft was MARKED as such but that’s all it was: a Air Dolimiti flight on a leased craft. That’s known a a dry lease. I once flew on a First Air plane from Chicago’s O’hare to Montreal. First Air didn’t (and still doesn’t) have scheduled flights from O’hare. However, the plane and crew were wet leased by El Al to get passengers to Montreal and join an El Al flight from New York that landed in Montreal on route to Tel Aviv. So the First Air flight was actually an El Al flight as it was scheduled as such with the flight number prefaced with LY and augmented with an El Al crew.
I understand that flights operate in accordance to their planned routes and what they offer on them. It just seems odd that a plane that has IFE on board won’t operate it because the route typically wouldn’t. What if a route typically operated a plane that only has 3 lavatories and on one occasion substituted a wide body that has more than twice as many. Would the crew lock all but 3 of them on the premise that the usual plane flying that route only has 3?
I know, silly nonsense.
