LUCKY BAY, KALBARRI 😍 | WIND SURFING AT CORONATION BEACH | LYNTON CONVICT DEPOT

- Опубліковано 25 лис 2024
- Coronation Beach in the Geraldton area is known as the windsurfing capital of Australia - and it's easy to see why. This place is incredible - even if you don't join in, you can watch all the action from the beach - and there's plenty of it! We show you around this vibing beach camp before making our north, stopping in at the Lynton Convict Depot and finally setting up camp at Lucky Bay. We head off for some fun in the dunes with the Chevy before cooking dinner over the fire.
This is all part of our journey from Brisbane to Western Australia via New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia!

We are full time caravanners who love the van life! We sold everything and now travel Australia in our Titanium Destination X Caravan and Chevy Silverado. Road trip Australia? Yes please!
Going back and watching old content whilst we start planning for our own WA trip.
Thanks as always for the positive content!
You’re so very welcome 😁😁
I didn't expect the Chevy to make it down that dune as effortlessly as it did 👏👏Loved watching some light dune bashing🤙
Haha cheers mate 🤟🏼🍻
Good lord that sand dune even looked steep on camera! It must have been huge!
Haha - it was pretty steep, and super soft! 😅
I didn't see any of the kite surfers 😮 some amazing footage on the dunes at lucky Bay. Love Aldi! Steaks looked yummy! 👌

10.51pm Sunday July 2. Great vid. We are convict stock too, back in the day 4 generations back Martin stole a rope....pity it was attached to a horse lol.
Oh no!! Hahaha 🐴
Thanks for the episode, sorry you lost you water, but at least you were able to fix it. 👍👍
Haha thanks for commenting but I think that was meant for Deryck? He lost water in his latest episode 😁
What another great video, look forward to them every Sunday. Love the look of Lucky Bay. What is the road into the camp site like.
By the way that sand dune looked very steep 😳😳😳😳 🥰🥰
Thank you! The road was fine was we did it - it was dirt but not too rough at all and it’s only a few kms 😁 and yes, that sand dune was crazy steep!
Another absolutely amazing episode.. i hope I was not late to watch your new episode.. i have a question who maintains the heritage sites ? And lastly the dinner looks delicious. I love how you cook so nicely during your journey, everytime you cook something new.. keep up guys ..❤❤
Thank you!! With the heritage sites - each one would be managed by a local state and territory legislation I’d say. I’m not entirely sure!
Loved this guys thank you. You said your assenters were sent over to Oz, did they originate from here in the UK? This is the same area as we will do on our trip over later, so it is all very interesting to us...Take care.
Thanks! 😁🙏🏼 And yes - I believe from the UK. That was dads side. On mums side I have a mixture of English, Irish, Scottish & Welsh!
@@AussieDestinationsUnknown Oh Miriam part Pom!😲. We find this all very interesting, do they have any connections with Norfolk here where we live do you know? Bye for now Cheryl & Roy.🥰
