Such a lovely walk and those Dandenong ferns are truly stunning. I too keep on walking mainly in the Blue Mountains and around the east of Sydney. Doing at least 10,000 steps a day is helping keep my Camino alive for me. About the scones I completely agree, jam first and then cream. It just works so much better! Also, I’m pretty sure they were wallabies not kangaroos 😉 A great video thanks M.
@@janehills7929 thanks Jane! Ah yes I have a lot to learn about the flora and fauna. I think wallabies are smaller than kangaroos so you are right. These ones are not big and they sit so still staring at you it’s so funny. Great for musical statues - winners. 10,000 steps a day is amazing. I find it hard to maintain. I am currently in your neighbourhood being NSW but more Perisher way.. will post on this walk soon! Thanks for watching. Jam first always! 😂
@ Thanks, snowy mountain region was brutal on a few days - weather is unpredictable up there. We had a beautiful day when we went up the summit. That was stunning. Day 4 which I have not posted yet. Nice to head to top of Australia and see what a beautiful county we have Jane. Truly a good feeling. Was not too hard. Maybe you could include it one day on your list if you have not been. The Kosciuszko summit, spell with a Z :)
Stuffed wombats? I want one 😂 There seem to be a lot of kangaroos in that area, I love it. But I'm a little disappointed, aren't there natural stuffed animals in that area? I mean koalas. Sorry, it's a little obsession from when I was a child and watched Mofli the koala cartoons.
I just watched your video, sorry, I'm a little busy these days. I don't believe anyone commented on your video. I promise to celebrate Christmas if Santa Claus comes in a sleigh pulled by wombats.
@@xangarcia2677don’t worry about commenting! :) I hate to burden anyone - just watch if you have time lol! Amnesty! Unburden please. I do these videos as a creative outlet. Thanks for being so sweet but be free!!
Thank you for showing us such amazing nature! It feels like going back in time, this old wood, untouched, its like out of this world. I know i repeat myself, but am really stunned 🤩 Oh, been wanting to ask an unsual question: do you take viewers requests?🫢 as for a walk we would like you to make?😝
@@ua1907 hi - thanks for watching and I am so glad you got to see a bit of my country. It is prehistoric almost some sections. It’s those giant ferns! I have a few trips planned but I welcome your thoughts and I will see if I can get the trip in for the future. Open to listen :)
