I have three KJV Thompson Chain’s one from 1964, 1988 and the new zondervan goatskin. I need my 88 rebound.. I think i might be shipping it to Mr. Moore in the near future..

Seeing old bibles whether they’re rebound or not is such an encouragement to dig deeper into the Word. I’ve had my first premium bible for a little less than a year, so it’ll be awhile before it looks old and ragged.

Yes .... every Bible should get worn out..... sadest thing is seeing a new looking Bible that is decades old

@@2mooreBibleRebinding I know, right? I bought a bible once, that was printed in the 1960s...it's probably never even been used before I got my hands on it. And that's not unusual for my experience.

I've ended up with 4 Thompsons - 3 KJVs (4ed, 5ed, 6ed) and an RV60 (yeah, they do the TCR in Spanish). A genuine magnum opus.

I have seen the spanish one as well .. . . used to use the rv60 myself

@@2mooreBibleRebinding I'm actually more a fan of the NBLA than the RV60 (mainly because the RV60's constant use of "Jehová" makes me twitch).
