They advertise a ten year warranty but not even a year is worth it, they advertise that they will give you all kinds of repairs for ten years but no service. No one answered when I contacted the custmorcare service center. This Flo product is a product that is not worth ten thousand rupees. Instead of buying this product, buy from nearby stores

The worst customer service🤬🤬. Don't purchase this item. On September 28, I paid in full for a mattress. On August 6, delivery is anticipated. I still haven't gotten the item. Every day, I called their customer support, but I never received a helpful response. I am dissatisfied with this business.😡

I am extremely disappointed with Flo Mattress. Despite ordering 20 days ago, my mattress hasn't arrived, and their customer support is unresponsive. The delay in delivery is unacceptable, and attempts to contact them have been futile. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Flo Mattress at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and nonexistent customer support make for a terrible shopping experience.

Very bad delivery schedule and customer care services. Customer care tells rubbish and all lies. Put calls on hold for 5 to 7 minutes.

Not recommended at all for anyone above 80Kg weight range or have back issues requiring firm mattress.
We couldn’t sit on it without getting sunk within it. Sides felt extremely risky for us.
