Should have never painted all the wood white!!! At least left a feacher wall in the bed room. Go back in and take a pice of sand paper to the trim at least.

Painting any Unit in a Kitchen with White Paint is not a good idea, as it yellows and Kitchen wall unit cupboards are best done to Ceiling height, as Dust and vaporised cooking grease collect up there and form a nasty, sticky, greasy mess!
It's one thing that you painted all the pretty wood White, then you put in cabinets that were made a pretty wood and you painted them white as well. That's worse than the bonehead in my neighborhood that had a beautiful brick home and painted it white. If you were going to paint everything white why would you put wood in in the first place? Just do it all in drywall and be like everybody else. SMH!
You likely don’t have the means, nor the ability to do something even close to this. People don’t just make a comment like that unless they are insecure, and feel extremely inadequate.

Maybe a feature wall would have been a good idea, instead. Feacher walls are illegal in most states.

You installed the window flanges outside the siding, with no flashing?

well when you build yours go for the wood different tastes and different strokes for different folks
