I think it will get more interesting if/when we get more glimpses into mack's psyche. I feel like her back story is underplayed and it would be more interesting if we knew more about her beyond her previous relationship with Will and the photographer ex-boyfriend. I agree the hero thing is over played with Will. To me, its more damaging than the cheating, imo. I enjoy their banter, but there are definitely things that I hope get ironed out in season two.
