Hey Man I got a 98 chevy and my dad did a c notch on it and it was his first time and the frame bent when he made the cut on the driver side, I'm wanting to ask if I should go with a underbed reklez notch or monster what would fix that problem *the notch plates were also pretty thin*

You can get an under bed notch but you need to make sure the frame is straight before welding it on.
