As a begginer, I really appreciate the advice and free project walkthroughs, but what starts to worry me is the fact that there are plenty of people like you, who used to work someplace and then decided to quit to become an influencer instead - was it really out of choice, or did the job opportunities in the cloud dry up? Was the job too stressful or it was difficult to become really good at it? I understand the allure of social media and money, but after a while how can you know what’s actually going on in the field if you don’t work with actual projects and clients?

Always great content Lucy! I've used ChatGPT to help me pass the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam. Currently, studying for the SAA and using your old videos as guidance.
i spoke to a cloud engineering guy at the aws skill centre here in cape town. I asked him his opinion about certificstes since im busy with my SAA vs experience. His answer was simple, he will always take experience over cert's if all else equal. Bottom line, do many projects on your own, thats my way of learning aws. Trust me you will get stuck with issues no course can teach you. Do certificates to cement your resume but not to build it up
Hey Lucy! Thank U once again for an excellent resource to follow to be successful in cloud and I.T. as a whole! You rock on so many levels and I appreciate all that U do 4 us! Cheers!

Hey! I'm trying to decide between AWS and Azure as a provider in Australia. I noticed AWS has only two data centers here, while Azure has four. Do you think the number of data centers should be a deciding factor, or are there other aspects I should consider too?
Do you have to physically go to the sites in order to do your job working as a cloud engineer? I have physical limitations would a cloud career be for me?

Thanks ...from Myanmar..
Hi! 👋
Thank you!
thanks a lot Lucy . but we need practical video. please link or new video .🍵
I have one question, after getting the cloud practitioner certification, what roles should I search for while applying for jobs?
I would try searching for aws as a keyword on job sites and linkedin and see what kinds of job titles come up. May also be some discussion on Reddit.
Thank you so much
:)
I’m starting with completing the google cloud architect certification. Have that has my foundation then grow from there. Any thoughts ?
You always give good advice. Thanks!
Glad it helps!
