It up shifts faster when in sports mode.

This particular SQ5 doesn't seem to have the air suspension? When I drove one recently (standard coils with adaptive damping) the ride quality was still pretty good mind....

I have a 2018 and I would recommend that you do an extended test drive because the ride IS firm, especially for rear seat passengers!
