- This video will teach you how to quit any addiction using Islamic principles and guidelines. This is a full guide that should be more than sufficient in getting you to quit your addictions. Many addictions most of you have were adopted at young ages when you were innocent and did not know any better. These addictions can absolutely ruin your life and if you do not get a grip on them now, then it will likely only get more difficult over time.
I will teach you everything I have learned from studying addictions and introspecting. I broke it down into four topics: Mindset, Actionable Steps, Psychology, and Divine Help.
