As long as we can continue to produce music like this there is still hope for humankind.

What can we offer to the Lord that is more than to worship him with songs of praise, adoration and glorification.

I attended the memorial service for the late John Scott Organist and this was one of the Musical item s in the service. To hear the choir sing this under the dome accompanied on the piano by Andrew Lumsden director of music at Winchester cathedral was divine sent shivers down my spine.

At least there is one thing good the Church has brought to the World - music and choirs and the opportunity for choirboys to develop their talent. That Pie Jesu is sublime

Angelic voices to uplift our spirits, give us a sense of peace, and help to counteract the various forces of evil and sadness represented by 9/11.

People sometimes man fun of us choir people because they don't understand our love for music and how good it feels after you finish a song and hear the audience clapping and they don't know what they're missing

@choirboy526 as Beethoven would say (though he never wrote that much choral music)
"Would you MIND not interrupting me whilst I talk to God!"

@rmay2000 It is not an original, but arrangements of the Chief. Best would be to write to the Master..

@kinkong228 Actually if you could read, I said you feel good when you hear them clapping for you. I did not say we sing just so they clap for us. I said we sing for our love of music so before you say something you have to understand what the person you're talking to said in the first place. Oh and learn how to write a proper sentence.
