    Everything you said is exactly where I am. It took the loss of my son to finally understand me. Loss of a child at any age (he was 33 years old car accident) strips you down to your bare soul. The last 3 years I have been slowly picking up the shattered pieces of my life. I tried the traditional route marriages (3 but who's counting), 5 kids now adults), house. Yet something never felt right. It felt forced, this is how life is. My gyspy feet kept tapping and I continued to ignore until now. My question is what truly is the definition of a grown up? Does swinging on swings or sliding down a slide make immature, child like? The answer is simply being your true self. Enjoying your vlogs.

    The thing is getting married doesn't necessarily mean growing up, settling down, and doing the traditional things that people expect when two people get married, like having kids, buying a house, etc. I already owned my house before i met my husband 9 years ago. We don't want kids. We don't have traditonal jobs or traditional lives. We got married in 2020, mostly because we needed to in order to be able to see each other with the covid restrictions. We always knew we'd get married some day (he had asked me in 2015, "Will you marry me someday?" and i say YES), i just thought it would be a long time from now (and i was 43 when i got married. Strangely, so was my dad we he got married.) My husband is in Europe right now and i am in Vancouver. We're independent yet we're married. I'll never stop travelling and doing stuff on my own. Being independent and a weirdo and being married.... are not mutually exclusive, if the two people agree ❤️Your marriage can be ANYTHING YOU WANT IT TO BE.... just like your life. You make the rules.

    I think there is probably a reason deep down inside that you "can't sit still", an insecurity over something that creates anxiety. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but leaving those issues unresolved will forever make you restless. You may wish to find someone who can help dig deep down, figure out those issues and guide you through them. The benefit would be that you'd be able to be at peace when you find it necessary to sit in one place for awhile.
    Of course, you can just accept it as "it is what it is" and still be happy - you'll just be more limited in your options for achieving happiness. Also, left unresolved, life might become rather hard for you if anything ever happens to your health to limit your mobility.

    Great intro bud, it was almost as if you were speaking my words. Eight years married and no children I made my mind up to take a different path in life, I wanted to travel. After my military time finished I ended up in a dead end job but still kept my adventurous thoughts alive. Eventually I secured a job working in Formula one motor racing which took me all over the world. After that I took a change of direction and got myself a job in the music business as a touring truck driver. Epic times indeed. Now been retired for five years. Whilst driving around in my stealth, off grid overlander van I often think about my previous years with a smile on my face from ear to ear.

      Do not take it off, bad advice, esp. Off road guard you can start a grass fire.
      Take a wire hanger or twine, use some vise grips to twist tight.

    Chrome, a metal hose clamp should keep the heat shield in place till you can get it fixed. Any hardware store should have them. Just know the diameter of the exhaust pipe...

    Stainless steel hose clamp. It is a simple, permanent fix.

    • @kimberlybates1187
      @kimberlybates1187 3 роки тому +5

      Yeah, by a stainless steel hose clamp that's big enough to fit around the pipe. Put it on yourself or have a mechanic do it, probably won't charge you much, $5-$10 bucks. Easy fix, lot cheaper than welding and it's permanent.
