Uk Special forces are trained to "Rapid Rope" from 90 ft in full body armour, I have sat in a "Helo" as a Rope deployer and the first to go in! Awesome video!

@@quadg5296 SBS are basically exactly the same as SAS now. They specialise a bit more in maritime work as a bit of tradition, yes, but they still use helicopters and planes... This could have been either, it's impossible to tell.

It will have been picked and singled out as a good training building by people much further up than the soldier, the intelligence and plan will have had to be created as close to the real target as possible. The Helo's fly over, then everyone fast ropes down... Then the SF find out they are on the wrong building... "Errr...bravo one to Helo. Are you sure we've got the correct building here..." Not entirely sure you’d be afforded the luxury of been able to record Hereford lads...and ladies if any have passed selection yet 😳 this overtly, Hereford has its own set ups at home for this type of training. They wouldn’t be putting on a display, although I’m sure there’s some sort of SAS display team that puts on shows around the UK, could be these guys in the video.

These are the choppers the SAS use within the UK from 658 Squadron ACC and the chance of attackers within the UK using anti-air is pretty slim.
Nobody is going to have a SAM in the UK. These helicopters are only used domestically
