Macedonia is in Greece. the land of Alexander the great. North Macedonia is the land of slavs and doesn't have any connection with ancient Macedonia.

@@Zagredof modern greece has very little to do with ancient greece. In greek macedonia the population is made up of orthodox turks who settled in macedonia in 1920. These people could not speak greek and looked more middle eastern. A lot of modern greeks are hellenized albanians, vlach and macedonians. Its very commen to find a modern greek whose grand parents spoke albanian or macedonian.

@@Yalbou in ancient Greece the land was separated to different city states and all the time they had war with each other and always was enemies. what they had common? The language the religion and the culture. The Hellenic people united for the first time when the Persians try take earth and water and at the end find plenty earth end water down there 👉🏿🕳️. But after they won vs all asia those city states separated again and start the war... Until the time of Alexander the great who won and united all the Hellenic people once again and start marching to Asia and africa there here spreading the Hellenic language all over the world. After his death that empire separated again to smaller kingdoms his Hellenic general ruling those lands and from many years they spread Hellenic language also greek pantheon (zeus you know) after the romans took over and the empire named greek roman empire because they keep the greek language in those lands and also the greek pantheon after the roman empire slowly decline the greeks come on top again when they was starting converting to Christianity starting writing the gospels ( bible) in Hellenic language old and new testament. The new testament was straight from Hellenic language but the old was in Aramaic but both was in greek when this book compiled and since then the Byzantine empire rise up and they was ruling europe-africa and asia and everyone was speaking first this Hellenic language and many of them they was speaking many languages also depends their land . The Illyrians didnt had letters was always orally language and for writing they was using Hellenic language thats why today we can find all over Albania ancient temples in Hellenic language.
