I mean Brady’s last season he went 8-9. Imagine being in a “high-stress” environment and losing. I completely get what Baker is saying. These boys were not having fun AND losing in that last year. Baker just breathing life into them again after that last year.

I'm listening to them talk and what i get from them is that if you feel like you're having fun then you're doing it wrong. Never did Baker say that he is complacent or accepts mediocrity. What i got from baker is that they're different ways to get the best out of who you have to work with. I also think those clips were taken outta context. Especially when they only use select bits to create a narrative

Hey Buddy, I live in Jacksonville Florida. YOU are stressing me OUT! LOL! Let me show you what stress is? We have an 0-4 team. We just spent over $1B for a new stadium. Our neighborhoods are in decay. The crime rate is high! The team has to move for two-plus years while the new stadium is being built. Orlando will be blessed with two years of losses. Now that is a relief! Our city is divided. Our School System has failed and I mean literally and is $1B plus in debt with Sexual Abuse to kids rampant and inside of our BEST Schools.
That Stress Factory QB brought your town a Super Bowl Championship. And NOT to mention GRONK!

As a tech consultant at the top of the industry at only 28 years old I worked day and night to make sure I was the best. And when I failed I worked harder. Winning is a lifelong journey. Shannon and Brady have been my go to people for motivation cause they are people I’d love to work for and with

You are all ridiculous as a Bucs fan, I love Baker and I love Tom. Its not a 1 or the other situation. Bakers only been here 1 year and saved us from going back to severe mediocrity. The team FIGHTS for Baker. They were both leaders in their own rights - Brady was a leader cause he proved he had done it time and time again. Baker is a leader because he is right there in the trenches fighting alongside his guys.
