There’s a small playground 🛝 where we used to take the kids to play right next to the station and we cannot go there anymore because it’s filled of tents and garbage. This is a rat cesspool. There’s garbage everywhere. It smells like piss. Our neighbors have to take a shortcut and go through the alley because it gets so crowded. This bs has to stop. Just send them home.

Imagine living like that. Voting matters. So thankful my local area would never allow such encampments. For homeowners, about the best they can do is sell for whatever they can get and move to a better, safer area.
Oh this is coming to a town near you. The border door is wide open and they are coming by the thousands. Chicago and New York thought they were safe.

I'm a migrant from Caracas, Venezuela and I just want to say thanks to everyone for allowing my family of 6 to come to this country. We arrived in Chicago about 3 months ago. The monthly check I now get from the government allows me to live well without getting a job, and I get to send money home every month. That, along with the free permanent housing, healthcare and food stamps that I get is making life a dream come true here in America. The food banks are an added convenience. Since I don't have to work now, I spend my days caring for my family and doing side hustles for extra cash. Life is so good that my wife and I decided to have two more children. Hopefully, we'll get the bigger house that we applied for. If they deny us, we'll just keep having children until they do.
