TISI seized 220 million baht worth of substandard products in first half of fiscal 2024

Authorities are continuing with efforts to remove substandard products from the market, especially low-quality products brought in from neighboring countries which have been causing problems for Thai businesses as well as consumers. The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has revealed that during the first 6 months of fiscal year 2024, the agency was able to seize 220 million baht worth of illegal products.
