Angiomyolipoma: Angiomyolipomas are benign tumor of fat and muscle typically found in the kidneys. The patient presents with a 4 cm x 5 cm hypodense mass within the upper pole of the left kidney this measures Minus 5 Hounsfield units and is most compatible with an angiomyolipoma.
