You can't find even a decent 2 bhk in Gurgaon and Delhi in 1 cr.All this excel calculation is just not Valid and not practical.Apartment which my owner bought for 28 L in 2018 in now 1.2 cr .Just calculate the rise in property prices nd than calculate the rental yield
