Chiropractors are like any other profession - some good, some not so good. I was having horrible neck pain going into my arms and hands a couple weeks ago and saw one. That one adjustment totally helped!

There's an alternative. It's orthopedic I believe. They stretch you slowly until you pop where you need to. Rather than crack the most intense centers of your body. I've had great success with massage alone, but I've been thinking about the stretch people more recently.

I just don't trust them from what I've seen and from what I've heard from my friends. They just got worse over time. Seemed like an incomplete process that neglected things.

Have used chiropractic for years. Recently moved to a different state, so when I pick a new Chiropractor near me, and walk in for my appointment to see Dr Brent sitting there ready to crack me up, I will turn around and walk out while my head is still screwed on straight!!!
