I have a video on menopause where I shared things i did to help.. the bandage still waist trainer and the hot caffeine fat burning cream helped a lot.. I will add the link to it from my affiliate amazon store for you now! I wore the waist trainer 8 hours a day for a few week and that helped. I go in low on the heat.... like 300 and let it slow cook.. to seal in the flavor.. about 12 but 15 mins max for medium done if you like your salmon well done just add another 4/5 mins .. at the half time mark my Air fryer beeps so at that mark i turn it up for about to 350 .. let me know how it turns out, Love!

Oh my gosh, I don’t think anyone could really warn us in a way where we would actually listen 😂 oh, that brings me to something I used while walking out they menopause baby weight lol 😂 joking about the baby weight part but girl it was rough. I used a bandage still waist trainer and that hot caffeine cream. I wore that thing all day. It worked though.
Hi Love, It was a process. Step 1:The first thing I did was I got a bandage style waist trainer or waist wrap waist trainer and a jar of hot caffeine cream.The wrap style are more comfortable for longer wear and easier to conceal under your closing. Please make sure you don't sleep in it but wearing it about 4-6 hours a day is what I did for the first few weeks. I only applied the hot cream once per day per the instructions. Step 2: I started walking every day. I started with 30 mis and got up to 45mins to an hour each day. After a few weeks of that, then I started cutting back on my calories (how much food I ate and what I drank) During those first 2 weeks, track your intake of food and drinks to include snacks. Before you can modify meals, you first need to see what you are eating/ drinking and the quantity. I started during these two weeks infusing water (with raspberries and lemon and a thin slice of cucumber. The cucumber absorbs the rind taste of the lemon) to help me avoid juice and soda. The infused water by the end of the day or next day would taste juice like and it was enough to keep me away from sweet tea or grabbing a coke. Step 3: I added pin grapefruit juice on an empty stomach each morning. It speeds up your metabolism. You just have to be careful because it makes you really hungry so you have a little control so I waiting a few weeks helps you get your head right. Step 4: I started speaking that I am standing in my perfect weight and size and that the weight would come off quickly. I changed what I spoke. Start with these steps. and I promise you will see results. it took be almost 4 months but it was worth it. I will continue to share meal prep in my videos to share meal ideas that are easy to make, nutritious and yummy. Sending you hugs and lots of love.
