The test is to show how effectively the Prolong oil additive protects the engine from scratches.
The pure Aloe Vera Liqui 4100 top tec 5W40 had the following result:
- 0.11 (sample 3.50) • Liqui Moly 4100 top te... and score - 0.18 (sample 2.92) www.youtube.com/watch?v = yWmlGVgqKQA
Liqui Moly 4100 top tec 5W40 with Prolong has a score of - 0.03.
It gives us the following results:
- sample 3.50. 0.11 - 0.03 = 0.08!
- sample 2.92. 0.18 - 0.03 = 0.15!

Does Prolong Really Work?
Yes. As you can see it increases the oil's abrasion resistance - it reduces the metal's friction with metal.

i have put this on all my vehicles, I have seen it pull miracles, unstuck differentials, fix slipping transmissions, eliminate valve noises and it is not thick like lucas, i am very happy with it

Damn, It performed really well. This will be the next oil additive I use and test through Blackstone Laboratories.
How were those test results?
Jesse Crawford I am still testing it and I am really impressed. The engine feels like it glides. You hardly feel anything and it is significantly quieter. My car uses 3.7 quarts (3.5 liters) of oil but I substituted some with the 12 ounces of Prolong.
I have used both Motorkote and Prolong both with good results. They both seem the same, but I have never seen a test against each other.

Wydaje mi się że dodałem już sporą ilość testów olejów Specola. Od nośnie Lotos'a to na razie mam tylko testy 5W40 i 10W40. 15W40 mam ale jeszcze nie był testowany... Na pewno muszę nabyć Lotos'a A5/B5 5W30. Proszę dać znać które konkretnie oleje Pana interesują?

Abdul A there is no best. its what is best for the application and situation! are you a heavy equipment hauler or do you just cruse around or are you hard on the throttle
If you want the best then buy these 5 products and mix them all toghter #1 turbo max zddp #2 motorkote #3 bestline oil treatment #4 superior friction reducer #5 prolong and just put them all in your engin and change oil every 2 monts and drive it for at least 1,000,000 miles

Do not use any oil additive containing zinc in newer cars because it can ruin catalytic converters.
@@ryanmigliori9142That’s very expensive to do every 2 months. By the time a million miles comes up, you could have bought 3 brand new engines.
I had a bottle of this stuff lying around so I use to add it to my 2 stroke oil injection on my air cooled 440 snowmobile.
I sold the machine and the guy ran in out of oil which he only noticed cause it got hot...he add oil and it ran fine 2 more seasons till he sold it running great still.God knows how long it ran out of oil for but it did not blow...at least half a tank of gas...maybe more.This shit works.
I also used it in my 2000 Yamaha WR 400 I bought new in 2001.I sold it 4 years ago and still has the original piston to this day running strong which imo shows how well this stuff works.
harry guy : I kinda have to laugh here because I always wondered what it, ProLong, would do in 2-stroke “conditions”. Ironically, my friend and I were goofing around with a Yamaha Waverunner we received for FREE due to a locked up motor from running out of 2-stroke oil. After we pulled the motor it was obvious the connecting rods on the crank were wasted, hence the “locked up” motor. We had ordered a crate motor but had a bottle of ProLong and a case (or three!) of beer sitting around our garage. We decided “why NOT just polish up the bearings and crank then lube up ALL the internal parts (piston pins included) with ProLong. Throw a block off plate for oil injection on, run pre-mix (like we do on ALL our personal watercraft) and SEE what happens!” Only took use 3-4 hours (2.75 cases of beer) and we fired the ski up off a water hose. Seemed to run fine with just a little extra 2-stroke smoke which we anticipated because we were running it “rich” for our “ProLong Break-In” test. Took it out to the river the next day. Ran it ALL DAY and three tanks of pre-mix fuel (with no ProLong in it I might add) and had ZERO issues at all. Waverunner ran like a champ! We continued to ride it all summer long without any issues or “odd” engine noises. We sold it for $1500 (which was CHEAP at the time) and gave FULL DISCLOSURE to the buyer (and there was a LONG list of people who wanted it!) of exactly what we did to it. Kept in contact with the buyer for 3 years and it was still providing his family with hours and hours of water fun! I don’t know what’s funnier. The fact that the 2-stroker is still banging away or the fact that ProLong instructions specifically say “NOT FOR USE IN 2-STROKE MOTORS”!! Lol!

Przyjrzyjmy się teraz oddziaływaniu chlorowanych parafin na silnik. Chlor jest w produkcie bardzo lekko związany i w wyniku procesu spalania w silniku dochodzi do jego uwalniania i reakcji chemicznych z parą wodną. Wynikiem tej reakcji jest powstawanie kwasu chlorowodorowego (HCl) i korozji silnika oraz dalszych elementów układu spalania. Powodują wyraźne uwalnianie zanieczyszczeń, które cyrkulując w silniku mogą uszkodzić filtry oleju, ewentualnie również kanały smarujące. (Mogą je zapchać). Chlorowane parafiny oddziałują bardzo krótko. Pozytywny efekt obniżenia tarcia mija i to jeszcze przed planowaną wymianą oleju, a wszelkie negatywne zjawiska pozostają aż do jego wymiany.
Mam znajomego w USA... Od dawna leje Prolonga do ciężarówek i osobówek. Dla przykładu : w jednej osobówce leje Prolong Engine Treatment od pierwszej wymiany oleju i 280k mil bez problemu, dalej jeździ. W ciężarówkach ma jeszcze więcej nalatane. Sam powiedział, że prolong działa i nie widzi żadnych skutków ubocznych. Dużo z nim dyskutowałem o tym co piszesz. Jest dość ciekawski i dowiedział się, że technologicznie ta ich technologia afmt jest jak on to stwierdził świetna i działa. Przebieg i brak problemów są dowodem. Stary amerykański patent. Sam też to leje, tylko nie robię takich przebiegów. dla mnie jest ok. Podobno w usa działa program tzw. wieczystej gwarancji na silnik. Taka ciekawostka na koniec.

Around 2000 when I was a student and somewhat poor I drove an old Mazda 323 which used a bit of oil.
The gas station attendant would sometimes report that I had no oil in my car. I would just smile and ask them "How did my car get here with no oil?" They could never answer me...
I had used prolong in the engine each year. The longest I ran her without a measurable amount of oil was about a month.
Eventually sold the car and after making some inquiries recently, hear the old gal is still running good.
