His plan - interesting USA plan
Bring inflation down to 2% and cut taxes.
But he has done nothing to bring inflation down, it came down because it came down everywhere else.
And we owe nearly £3Tn, an unbelievable amount, his plan is to get that figure up as high as possible and leave it for Labour.@@manjeetsidhu2022

@@deanfielding4411 Labour doesn't have an immigration plan which is not great, but I do think that starting a new state owned gas company that would keep gas prices down + redirect gas directly for British Isles use as opposed to being sold on the global market is a good idea. Our energy bills went up because your party said no to buying cheap gas , where did that land us ? Paying stupid high prices from the people who blown up nordstream
No it’s because we were reliant on cheap Russian gas that we then could no longer buy.
We should have invested in clean and cheap renewables a long time ago and we wouldn’t need the damn gas then! We’d have more than enough of our own.
@@deanfielding4411 what ? Where did your theory come from ? Go back in history and you will find a year and a bit BEFORE the SMO started ( nobody remotely by the border ) putin offered us cheap contract gas “ famous words was “ why buy from Germany and they charge you upto 6 times the price we sell it to them , buy direct and i will guarantee it’s 4 times cheaper than Germany “ . Boris listened to trump about trying to make our own countries self sufficient ( own gas rigs ) and boris said no to putin . Trump goes out of power and Biden comes in and shuts all new pipelines and makes exploration drilling stop . Boris had no hope of investing in new gas infrastructure and then the SMO started . Boris then said no to buying Russian gas completely. All of a sudden nordstream is hit and we buy gas from the states at 4 x more what we did before the SMO started . So that could of been 4 x cheaper and now we 4x worse off . That facts all the way through mate , you don’t have to believe me just research points I’ve made
@deanfielding4411 we didn't buy much from Russia, around 5% of our energy came from it

For the record. Why is it that working people have to take the hit to "pay" for these things but the energy companies get record profits and the UK govt effectively gave £100bn of debt to our children to pay these profits. No windfall tax worth talking about. If the argument is that they will take their profits out of the UK then what is having them here actually worth if they privatise the profits but nationalise the losses?
Financial crisis caused by speculative bankers and guess who is running the economy now? Those same bankers. When did they pay back everything they cost the country?
Average Joe's: you need to pay back the cost of everything we spent on you.
Big corps and banks: you don't have to pay everything back, we will just pass the debt to the taxpayer.
Simple Google rishi Sunak bp .. poor old Mr Sunak the reason he is doing this is he needs us in the UK to pay him billions personally!
Why do you think public companies are privatised? It's not simply so that politicians can line their pockets - that's just something resentful underachievers like to say every time something is privatised. The reason for privatisation is that public companies are notoriously inefficient and wasteful with money.
@@jamesrobertson9697 why do you think large parts of what we privatised in the UK is owned by companies that are largely owned by foreign governments. Our energy distribution cos are owned by EDF and EON (French and German), our railways have DB and TrenItalia (German and Italian). Not to mention that customer service has repeatedly gone down while costs to the consumer have gone up. Water companies are a perfect example where the costs increased massively, dividends increased massively over the decades (£70 billion paid out since privatisation) but now due to a lack of capital investment (one of the reasons they were supposed to be privatised) bills are having levies applied to pay for that.
I don't disagree that public companies can be inefficient but if costs go up for the customer, the service gets worse AND there still needs to be direct or indirect subsidy (see current UK rail funding arrangements or the levies I mentioned above ) then what is the actual saving - apart from massive net transfers out of the UK economy, increasingly to overseas companies or sovereign wealth funds.
@@T.O.A.D.U.K A few things: Only EDF is state-owned. The rest are publicly traded. Sure, DB operated freights in the UK, and trenitalia is minority-owned by the italian state.
EDF has only 11% of the market, and Deutsche Bahn is German, a nation famed world-wide for hundreds of years for their efficiency and craftsmanship, which really doesn't mean the British government would do better than a private company.
Now I agree with you that a state-owned company that offers utilities like health-care, energy, transport, etc, has greater potential than private-owned companies, but the UK mindset is too tolerant of weakness to elect any government that could manage it properly, because with state-run enterprises there is massive unionisation and a poor business ethos because revenue is always guaranteed by a state-funded monopoly that prices out other companies at ridiculously inefficient expense to the tax-payer.
@@jamesrobertson9697DB owns Arriva so they don't just handle freight rail. TrenItalia might be minority owned by the Italian government but the key thing is that they exert influence in excess of their shareholding either through a golden share or direct legislative power.
The two things governments can do, borrow and tax. Ok can't governments close loopholes for tax avoidance? Can't governments tax the highest earners to pay more? Can't governments take excess profits from energy companies? Clearly tory governments can't.
They still want people to believe in trickle-down economics; a theory that has never actually worked anywhere on the planet.
Why should they? Success should not be punished.
If you want a strong country then someone has to pay for it.

To be clear I am distinguishing between income and wealth - the way we tax income from employment means that someone earning £500k per year from a job pays massively more than someone someone generating that same amount from savings or dividends.

They're both as bad as eachother with minor difference in taking points
@@jesuslovesuandme2Shame on you. Our British PM is not indecisive like Starmer who keeps making u turns too. Our British PM really knows our economy and he is pragmatic and competent too. Don't compare our British PM with confused Starmer who has no morals and he is 4 years Labour party leader but up to now still has no plan if elected. The difference between our British PM and Starmer is Starmer is incompetent our British PM is competent, Starmer indecisive our British PM is decisive, Starmer is unprofessional, our British PM is professional, Starmer is idealistic our British PM is pragmatic. Starmer is weak our British PM is strong. Starmer has no plan if elected Our British PM has a plan he is delivering and it's working. Starmer is a non PM material but our British PM will still be our British PM after GE
@Trendycosmetics-os6gh thanks for the shame but you can have it back.
Our PM is anything but moral, you only have to look at how he got to be PM in the first place. But I'm not going to waste any more time on a probable bot .
£400bn spent, most of it wasted through bad decisions and corruption. Pigs in the trough. Sunak is as bad as all of them.
The main problem in UK is the salary and wage levels and economic growth. The his worries is about taxes and inflation...
The bankers will love this arguments...
Good
My energy bill has fallen to £3000, thank you Rishi!!
Mine has fallen from £150 a month to £300 a month, I'm so pleased...
I am assuming that is just to heat the stables?
* Zahawi will help you put that on expenses
Defying gravity!!
I wish we have a government like this in India

Are you mad....their economy is sinking, people can't afford nothing. Careful what you wish for kid

Correlation doesn't mean causation! But thank you for lowering the taxation
It would be nice if we didn't have to pay for other people's wars.
Good to see you have the same uniparty in Britain as in Germany
FREE PALESTINE!!🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸
😂😂😂😂
Thanks for God that he's not president in Brazil!! 🥳
I like Rishi ideas and plan
Tut, tut, Rishi. You just reuploaded the video because the comments were so bad? That is very underhand. You can't hide your poor record as easily as that.
So, that's what happened, what an idiot, didnt learn much from Elon Musk then
How much does an army of NPCs in India cost Rishi to make flattering comments to try and cover up your disastrous premiership?
I think his wife has that covered, certainly far less than it would cost her to pay tax in the UK on all her money.
Nice presentation and the strategy is good. Grumpy looking hosue though on page 3.😂
The music makes it hilarious
Even a repost can't save the economy 😂😂😂
I laughably got shown this video as an advert while watching a video about why the economy is in decline. We do need to increase taxes on the super rich, people like Rishi Sunak. Tax capital gains. Tax assets. This is the only way we can reduce the forever increasing levels of inequality in this country. How does someone earning over £2Million only pay 23% in tax. If you earn £100k you give over 32% of it to the tax man. Tax the super rich.
The PM teaching Eco. First time😊
Okay but did anyone else laugh when he literally writes 'LOL' with an arrow pointing down at 1:39
Scrap Ir35 and support the self employed there are 5 million self-employed who have been affected by your policies
Or become employed. IR35 should only capture those that are disguised employment. Speak to a decent accountant and you can easily escape this if you are genuinely self employed.
Has this been pulled and relisted as he got roasted in the comments?
Precisely
Piece of work. There is comments from deluded people who have no morals like Starmer and those don't count
Yep and it looks like this time somebody has supplied a load of "like" trolls (with certain idiosyncrasies in their grammar that might not be typical to native Brits) to post comments. Does anyone know if his family own any businesses with call centres?🤔
All the best
Why this is in my feed. My Cuet-pg exams are there, probably UA-cam categoriesed your video as educational video 😂😂.
Although I watched whole video. All the best from india🇮🇳 ❤
❤
Using the same video as a repost while taking down the first including many unhappy and realistic comments was yet another costly mistake.
You did good in the background, but others leave you hanging while you are in the foreground.
Poor judgement Rishi.
Mate I think it was people reporting your comment
WTF, the premier has a YT channel !!
You’ve got to admire the slipperiness of Rishi here. Let’s not forget he was the chancellor during Covid, and a very generous one at that. He flooded the money supply in the economy and was the primary reason for inflation in 2022, yes the Ukraine war escalated this because of the energy price increase. When he said that inflation was 11% when he became PM, that is true, but he also was partly responsible for inflation being 11% because of his actions as chancellor. I don’t know how he can take control for inflation being 4% considering the BoE are the ones that dictate interest rates. The only way Rishi can directly reduce inflation is by taxing people more as this takes money supply out of the economy but I doubt he’ll want to be shouting about that.
this is good you should do more of this
hahaha.... blistering sarcasm. I like it!!
Keep going Rishi. Things are on the up thanks to you. Keir Starmer is the worst possible person to lead our country. Keep him out Rishi!
Hahaha
Lol. Stockholm syndrome comes to mind. They make everything worse for 13 years, improve things a little (but nowhere near undoing the damage) and suckers like you thank him for it. Lol.
During Covid I gave boat loads of money to my mates and lost a load of loans
This is so good to teach people. Give everyone a copy of Richest man in babylon..
If Labour's (once) promised spending would either increase tax or borrowing (as Sunak claims), won't the Conservatives promised tax cuts either increase borrowing or lead to spending cuts? There's a choice to be made, unless you believe in cakeism.
So inflation means prices go down? Because 4% inflation means the cost of living is going down.. according to this genius 😂 shouldn’t be allowed to run a bloody lemonade stand let alone a country
If I recall correctly, Sunak has actually referred to the reduction in inflation as a tax cut. Hard to know if he is just stupid or whether he thinks the public are.
@@urbanimage The last. Not his fault though since most who came before him are from a time where people really were clueless about what was going on in the world.
