I was unaware, until this video popped up, that Larry had died three years ago.
I was initially happy to see it after a lengthy silence, but am now saddened.
My belated condolences, Eyvonne, and to all of the rest of Larry's family, his friends, and everyone else who benefitted from his enthusiastic and inspirational genius.
I was only able to briefly experiment with what I learnt here, but the experiment was a success and I hope to be able to build upon that in the near future.

As I'm listening to this man at the beginning of this video I'm looking outside at my tomato plants which is out of control in my Walmart bag. This man inspired me to grow 10 years ago I can not thank him enough. Rest Easy Larry! 🙏

I’m so sad to hear about Larry I found this web site last year and tried his kiddie pool Idea I had the best success ever growing things. My condolences to his friends and family . He was the best in gardening ideas that worked .
This was AWESOME!!!! GOD BLESS LARRY, thank you Evyonne. I still haven't went full blow with the RRGS but, it was LARRY, when I discovered grow bags and kiddie pools 3 yrs ago and still use that metbod.

Larry, I miss you sweetheart. Am still using Walmart bags (I bought all they had about 4 years ago and am still going through them), and kiddy pools when I can find them. Last year I planted sweet corn, tomatoes and potatoes in 10/gal grow pouches and they did super! Tried something new... used 16 foot cattle panels arched over the kiddie pool and let Indeterminate tomatoes grow over the top! I just kept weaving them through the holes to hold them up. Only problem I had was, I grew too many! Love you still, Annie.
