Air Dog Diesel MONSTER TRUCK in action!

Taken on 7/31 at Dragway 42 In West Salem, Ohio. The program was cut short due to an odd sound coming from the truck. I later asked one of the air dog mechanics and was told that the transmission had been recently replaced. Apparently, during the replacement, the technicians did not space something in the output shaft causing it to rub on something. A very minor problem but it's better to be safe especially with something this powerful.

That looks like a 24V. The XDP ford has a 12V.

i woudl put a detroit in her, like rollin thunder had. a 6v71 detroit or 12v71 big rig engine. but that is me. the 12valve diesel is easier to tune than the new computerized diesels. but that is the future.

no ignition in a mechanical cummins. or any diesel. i dont know how you shut one off other than block the air into the turbo.
