While I'm not saying Baldwin doesn't have civil liability in the death of Hutchins, he absolutely never had criminal liability.

I think the judge is upset with prosecution. No judge likes to dismiss any case because of prosecutor not giving all the discovery. Plus trials are a lot of
work. And jury having to be excused because of BS

After watching the Karen Read trial, I’m beyond words of how much corruption that there is! Prosecution didn’t know that the evidence was going to be put under a different case number and being withheld?!? Disgraceful! Amazing to discover that the wrong people were being targeted and held accountable for this horrible tragedy! Lesson that things aren’t always as they appear. Hopeful that justice will be served with future indictments! The judge and defense were amazing! Prayers for Helena’s family.

Detectives testimony...come on, you are asking him to ship rounds through the mail? Why couldn't he turn them over to his local LE? You can't send them at our post office. They ask you about it, there are signs in the post office. And what about chain of evidence? From my pov, the defense has very strong grounds for dismissal.

This prosecution was really poor from the very beginning. I am surprised with such a high profile case, they proceeded without getting their case highly organized. Incompetence everywhere. And by the end of this, it looked like a shoddy investigation, a cover up, and total incompetence.

This prosecutor gonna be looking for a job real soon! What an ego! Nice excuses too for all the resignations from the case. They didn’t want to be complicit in her vengeful prosecution.

Right? She’s awful. Didn’t like her in Hannah’s trial and I surely didn’t like her this time. Her FACE said it all while the judge was letting her have it.

Good job defense. That was real and raw emotion from Alec Baldwin and his wife. He gets to go home to where his heart is and his 7 children wait for him. What is u couldn't afford a good defense attorney that prosector is under the assumption she is the law. NOT TODAY!!

  • @tinacox6506
    @tinacox6506 21 день тому +1

I can't hardly watch this prosector. She is disorganized, unprepared and just horrible. The defense made her look like a chump. Actions speak louder than words. Defense was on point. Someone brought in the love rounds. It wasn't Alec Baldwin. So who was it and how can they not know.

Finally, maybe, there is more clarity on how live rounds came to be on Rust set.
What a tragedy, and it was an ongoing bad situation of lives in danger, with multiple bullets that were found during police searches on set, and now it comes out even more live rounds were at Rust? 😢 😮
I think it was highly dangerous to have inexperienced armorer HGR and seeming-gun-enthusiast actor Alec Baldwin working together with real guns in the way it happened.
I just don't think this whole situation puts Alec at fault in a criminal legal sense, others have been criminally charged and convicted and I agree with defense whole-heartedly on deep doubts about this case.
Morally, I respect possible disagreement on Baldwin's fault, one can easily believe that gun safety is inherently reasonable behaviour.
Alec had no gun safety training, and there was a general lack of awareness for gun safety on Rust set which video footage from HGR trial shows.
How should this all be criminally faulted to the one actor who in the end pulled a hammer or even (!) a trigger like all other people did on this set.
Baldwin was an actor on Rust set, not more and also not less, which is already tragic.
In civil sense, I think Alec Baldwin may be liable to Hulyna's parents and a different court may decide that case a different time.
