I don’t think Obito would kill Sasuke. Especially not after training him for 3 years. Even in Canon he had a soft spot for Sasuke and genuinely cared for him. He also would have told Sasuke the Truth about Itachi to further convince him that this World is hell and to make him awake the MS earlier
Obito would have gotten rid of Sasuke like he does with Akatsuki and Nagato, he didn't care about Sasuke at all and just wanted to use him as a pawn and throw him away like Madara did and that's it
