Good job! Don't forget to tighten a little bit the screw on the hose clamps in a few months, as they compress in the rubber.

These classics were built long before planned obsolescence. Only use the best fuel. I guess you already do. In the UK tesco do a 99 unleaded. Runs sweet. (Edit btw its looking mint. Love the curves on that hood / bonet)

I wasn't impressed by those oem hose clamps with the raised threads instead of the more traditional type of hose clamp.
Yeah, it seems like these oem hose clamp come loose over time. ☹️
Good info and things to check. Thanks Jesse. WARNING! replace old yellow fan. They crack and can explode. Not good. I got a new black replacement for 65 bucks. the job is not bad, but if it breaks apart while running is very dangerous, and cause bad harm and huge damage. Just want to save you.
