You are making chicken burgers. Your rolls for the burgers look so great. I have never made homemade rolls for burgers.
I like chicken breast sandwiches. I soak chicken breasts in Frank’s hot sauce plus I add cayenne pepper to the flour. I coat the chicken breast twice, egg and flour back to egg, then flour to make it extra crispy. Capsaicin is good for pain and helps my Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease pain 🙂. Looks delicious 😋.
