It’s amazing watching you work Rich. You’re a talented mechanic. Where many of us would see a problem, you just seem to instantly see solutions. Great video!👍
Paul Farrell one little issue with the pin being a little too long but I managed made the video just a little longer than I wanted to but overall came out good
What is the finished dimension of the (length) of the pins? And why do you have to use them. I'm going to do my 48 as soon as the parts arrive tomorrow?
From what I was told those little pins hold the assembly for the trigger together it just makes it easier for an install, not sure on the final Dimension because I just grabbed the pin i I had laying around...
Diana 48/52 - stripped screw Help please I was trying to remove the Cylinder hinge lockscrew to remove the cylinder and replace the breech seal. Tried with several Allen key to get it to unscrew and it would not budge. After several attempts, now no allen key will work as he hole on the screw is round. how can i now get this screw removed?
Hi I have the 48/52 which has 3 pins in the trigger mechanism and a different trigger mechanism itself Do you have any idea where I could see a video to help me assemble the trigger block
Thanks for the vid saved me a lit of time looking around amd asking, my problem is i broke the cocking handle where you used a allan key to remove it. If you can tell me how to fix it id be extremely greatful. Hope to hear from you
I'm thinking of getting a 48, and followed the video with interest, my tuning bench for the HW97K looks very similar, nice clear methodical approach but mate! if your going to post giving tuning advice then use a small hammer! not a spanner! which could soo easily slip and damage the metalwork (no matter how many times you've done it) you take great care through the video to use cloth etc but the spanner hammer is cringe worthy! I'd make another video and delete this one.!

You should be able to buy a replacement handle and use the existing allen head..
