Good god, I had about had a stress-aneurysm watching the plywood template cut. For the love of hands, if you must do it on the table saw, clamp it down and raise the blade up. A slight kick back and it's going to rip your hand in half before you can even register what happened. Look up table saw injuries and you'll reconsider doing that again.
ohhhhhh, I almost can't watch this! The table looks nice, but I am amazed that you still seem to have all fingers with how you use that table saw.
It made me realize that I was complacent about the safety of my fingers
