I just bought 2 of these to protect my house from thieves. Works very well. Hopefully the battery use is not too bad but it does support DC6v AC adaptor. Would love these 2 (or 4 or 5 in the future) could be controled with one remote or even a mobile app. Cheap but really works well as is.
Not too bad actually... not totally Mickey Mouse like you say. I had a disturbing break in and got 2 of these units to protect my entry / driveway area and they have been exceptionally good and very loud / high-pitched. My dogs immediately alerted me on several occasions. Dont know how long the batteries are going to last, but movement detection is excellent. Just wish they could be paired / centrally managed.

You can, but it is for indoor, for outside you can cover it with something if it is on direct rain

Just boight weeks ago, the distance this alarm can detect is only 1 meter, beyond that nothing happened 😢😢
Dont know what are you bought but thats not true, it is working way to far, we tested it in hall that is 10x20m
