Spartan Flash Arts - "Elf Girl Speed Paint"

I sketched up this elf girl last month (wish I had recorded that one), and last night got back to working on her. Took care of the flat colors. Actual time: about 32 minutes.
-And in hindsight, I realize now she looks a lot like Ryoko Habuki from "Tenchi Muyo".
