It is suckIt has bad armor so u can't get close to anything [Cleveland can citadel it]It has bad dispersion so it can't really snipe
Stay at long range for most of the gameThe guns hit hard when they do hitIff u can use an island to sneak up on something Constellation has excellent damage output but staying undetected is key
