Love the current generation of Octavia vrs, especially the front end. The rear looks too friendly for me. If the rear lights were more rectangular as they are in Audi, it would echo the front. Otherwise it looks like a result of a compromise between two designers. Hope the next one sees the rear end matching the aggressive looks of the front.
This RS looks obviously stunning inside. But the exterior design leaves with no notable difference except the 18 inches tires that I don't really like because alloys could be deteriorated easily with the chicanes
Is he the father of the main host of Autogefühl? I am not sure if he has done many reviews so far, but his presentations skills and his ability to speak English aren't the best (yet). Maybe it will get better over time (i.e. @9:08min. "more smooth and more better...").
I have the pre-facelift RS and I hate this new front with a passion... what I am mostly curious about and I have no seen mentioned anywhere is HOW did they achieve the wider rear track on the facelift... I want to transport that to my car ;)

If designers love the design of this car, you know that designer are all crazy. They don't have the taste of general public or customer. So don't relay on designers....
Octavia has been a victim of headlight weirdness all over the years. For my personal taste 2004 model was beautiful, 2009 was rather poor, 2013 returned to beautifulness, and now that.... At the same time, back of the car has remained more or less the same over the years. Dear designers, if you want to experiment with a car, please do, but there are more than just headlights to work with. May be these headlights would be great if the whole car design would support it. Or at least backlights. Currently it looks like some chinese weirdo. But again, this is just my taste and headlights don't make a good car bad.
As said in the video, the new Octavia RS has 230 hp in the petrol version. There is also a Diesel version. And there will be a 245 hp version. So by saying Skoda Octavia RS 230, everyone knows which one it is - despite 230 being a special edition in the Pre-Facelift Model.
Dynamic, dynamic, dynamic... He was repeating the same words. Maybe to excuse himself for awful facelift. I was so going to buy the Skoda RS but surely moving to the Golf GTI. Adios Skoda!

Sound wurde jetzt verbessert, und das DSG knallt/furzt beim Schalten. Der Aktuator müsste weiterhin an den Sport-Modus gekoppelt sein.
in dem Fall "furzt" er nur im Sport Modus ? Ab welcher Drehzahl zirka ?
