That’s my brother! A good blend of power and smooth Reminds me of Mike Portnoy(dream theater & avenged 7fold) and Barrett Martin(Screaming Trees& Mad Season)
@@e.danielritter193 Thanks Currently I'm in a music school group lessons and we're working on a sweet dreams song :) I really feel that your adaptation of it matches my own feeling of the song and the rhythm. Of course we have only basic drums in a school so I'm limited with pitches :) So currently I'm trying to write down fills you use and overall structure to be able to incorporate some of these in my own performance. As I understood you flipped over whole song and instead of using accents in a bass drum started to use variations of middle and fllor toms instead, that's very cool.
@@IlyaKovalyov you just gave me one of the best compliments I’ve ever received as a drummer. Thank you so much, it means a lot!!! Would it help you out if I made a reply comment with time stamps for all my fills?
@@IlyaKovalyov The thing I'm doing with my feet is just RLRLRL... between the kick and the hat. 00:30 and 00:40 is a 5 stroke roll and then descends down the toms with 16th notes 00:46 is a 5 stroke role on the tambourine (and the pattern between the song sections repeats) 1:05 is a 5 stroke roll descending down the toms with an accent on the last note while hitting the floor tom 1:18 for this bridge part here, I'm using all doubles leading with my right except for the ride-bell accents, which are RRLR RL and from here it gets into the jungle-groove part of the song. Is there anything up to this point that I can clear-up? Just let me know what the time stamp is and I'll be glad to explain it :-)
Thanks so much! No drumless track at all. Dang, I never noticed that - I think it’s my china cymbal mimicking a snare sound Edit: I do the exact same thing for the 1st part at 0:40 too.

Was this played to drumless track? At 2:04 I can hear snare drum but I don't see you playing it though... Or is it my ears 😂

Edit:
I do the exact same thing for the 1st part at 0:40 too.
