This video made me quite excited but yet nervous. I'm just very anxious to begin the process of my exchange and preparing for it but I've still got quite a bit of time left. I hope you have a great time.
I am heading off next year and there's a trust that you can apply to which can help to pay for a fair chunk of the trip. My actual trip is only costing $6000. So it's not that bad considering what you get, but the extra trips are a little more. (Don't know if this is even relevant anymore)
I am so interested in Rotary. What are the chances of getting your first choice of your country? And if you don't have the money right away do they help you with that some how? Or put you in dept? Did you have to raise your money? I've been asking so many people this and they don't reply. I really need help. My friend and I are raising our money and we don't have much time. I'm in 8th grade wanting to go on exchange for my junior year and I want to sign up for my Sophmore year. Do you have any suggestions on how to raise the money? I believe we need 5,000.
@starr Rotary is set up into districts across the nation (and probably in other countries too, though I’m not entirely sure). The only thing it really means is that if you live in a certain area, the Rotary club in that area (aka district) is the one you have to go to in order to get sponsored to go on exchange.

i have had a VERY different experience 3 days ago at my interview
Hi! I was wondering how you afforded everything. Did you do any fundraising? The only thing preventing me from going is the price.
