I really should of known that I was trans earlier. I played the original Roblox Highschool all the time as a kid, becoming somewhat known for being a rich/advanced player when I entered servers. I would always use the hair/clothes mods to dress up as a guy and would accidentally catfish girls like this sometimes. I also should have known that I was bi earlier. There was one time where this girl and I had been playing for maybe an hour or two and things got serious. I drove her around, took her to the secret locations, brought her dancing, and gave her access to my house. We 'dated' for awhile, but I had to go afk because my grandma made me go with her to the grocery store. I was kicked from the game and never saw her again. I still feel kind of bad about it.

Oh boy, this reminds me of my personal Animal Jam escapades--I joined the closed beta all the way back in 2010 when I was 8 or 9 (I first heard about it in an ad in a Nat Geo Kids magazine), so I've been there since the very beginning. For some reason I always "pretended" I was a boy and would often "date" girls (surprise surprise, ten years later and I'm a nonbinary butch lesbian), among other shenanigans. Some personal favorite memories: -Back in the day you had to like, register to write your own chat messages (otherwise you had to select combinations of premade phrases) which I did--later on, they'd add a free chat function (that was still kinda controlled, it would correct your spelling and was pretty strict with what was/wasn't allowed) but for some reason my registration carried over and gave me more freedom to send messages with typos and more complex emoticons. Sadly, I lost that privilege in a dance battle--while my opponent sang to party rock or something similar, I recited the lyrics to Gangnam Style--however, I didn't realize that "sexy" wasn't an appropriate word, and despite continually getting warnings from the game I continued on, before eventually getting my chat privileges revoked, forcing me to use the spell-correcting one. I still grieve a little over that. -when the arctic wolf came out I was DETERMINED to get my hands on one. I scoured every shop I could find for one of the gift card things that would let me get one, but I never had any luck. -Back in the beta, the dens were HUMONGOUS, like three stories tall. I was so miffed when the game was officially released and changed the default den to a tiny cabin. -My god, the warrior cats roleplaying. Inexplicably, 99% of the people participating used wolves to represent cats instead of, I don't know, the TIGER AVATAR??? -Surprisingly, I only got scammed once, by some monkey in a cosmetics trade. I was mildly miffed, but I'm surprised that at my age and with my sheer naivete that I didn't get fucked over more often by stuff like that. -I once declared myself the ruler of that one snowy mountain area for some reason?? I mean nobody really fought me on that but then again I never mentioned it in front of anyone. -I once started a wolf rights riot in one of the wolf-only hubs or whatever? Like for some reason we thought the volcano or whatever that hub appearance used to be was unfitting and "stereotyped" wolves as evil and sinister. Or something silly like that. We all kept dancing and saying stuff thinking that the staff would somehow see it, and when we started getting notifs about some server errors we thought it was because of us. -I just remembered that there was like, a feather headdress AND feather headband cosmetic? Yikes! I hope they got rid of that in the newer versions. I just tried to log into my old account, but I guess they deleted old inactive accounts, which sucks. Rest in peace snorlax700 aka Monster Majorninja, you were a major influence on me growing up, for better or worse.
They just removed the headdresses and headfeathers from shops, they're still tradeable, sadly. Viewed as a rare item. -Someone who played from 2013 and still plays on and off sometimes

Went through a similar thing on a game called animal jam it was this game in partnership with national geographic to teach kids about animals and the different habitats etc. It was a 2d open world game where you were able to pick a starter animal and play around the different maps and talk to people. It was very popular with girls and obviously predators. Some person asked me to go to their "den" which is a players home and it was EXACTLY the same as this story happened. I had no idea what was going on and I just listened to the instructions and I watched as my animal character...yk did the thing. I didn't engage or type anything in response I just sat there in front of my screen completely traumatized by this person who was by passing the filter system.

-I once started a wolf rights riot in one of the wolf-only hubs or whatever? Like for some reason we thought the volcano or whatever that hub appearance used to be was unfitting and "stereotyped" wolves as evil and sinister. Or something silly like that. We all kept dancing and saying stuff thinking that the staff would somehow see it, and when we started getting notifs about some server errors we thought it was because of us.
-I just remembered that there was like, a feather headdress AND feather headband cosmetic? Yikes! I hope they got rid of that in the newer versions.
I just tried to log into my old account, but I guess they deleted old inactive accounts, which sucks. Rest in peace snorlax700 aka Monster Majorninja, you were a major influence on me growing up, for better or worse.
They just removed the headdresses and headfeathers from shops, they're still tradeable, sadly. Viewed as a rare item.

Went through a similar thing on a game called animal jam it was this game in partnership with national geographic to teach kids about animals and the different habitats etc. It was a 2d open world game where you were able to pick a starter animal and play around the different maps and talk to people. It was very popular with girls and obviously predators. Some person asked me to go to their "den" which is a players home and it was EXACTLY the same as this story happened. I had no idea what was going on and I just listened to the instructions and I watched as my animal character...yk did the thing. I didn't engage or type anything in response I just sat there in front of my screen completely traumatized by this person who was by passing the filter system.
