Thank you Lads & Lasses for leaving comments, I would really appreciate it if you could give that like button a bit of love 👍🏼😄
Thank you! Great tips just before winter!
Beautiful property. Well done
Thanks for the great advice, have a nice day
No problem Sylvia! Have a great day 😄
What should I be looking for in a winter fertiliser? Put some 7-6-17 on about 2 weeks ago. Just wonserin what i should put on it next in November?
Great advice much appreciated thanks Indy
Great video mate, that lawn is looking lush 😍
Thank you very much Jordan 😄. If it wasn’t for the damper edges it’s some of the best colour I’ve seen all season 😄🌱
Good video , just what I will be doing tomorrow . Brilliant that you have the background music sorted , old codgers like me can be a bit grumpy going into Autumn . Edges look excellent .
Haha I like to take on Criticism where I can 😄. Music has been pulled from 100% down to 30% and I have invested in some new mics so the information is better heard 👍🏼🌱. It’s hard hearing it all when editing for hours, quite easy to get lost in the process. Thank you again for commenting 😄
Good stuff Sam, lawn looks fab
Thank you very much Robbie, it’s coming along nicely 😄 - now to just try and go firm with the colour
Good video mate the lawn is looking great.
Hello mate, thank you very much !😄 hope all is well your side mate
Great info. Nice to see you have proper footwear on this time 😂 👟 vs 🥾
Sometimes I’m filming on a Sunday morning - only ever casual wear at home though 🤣. Cheers mate !😄🌱
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance hahaha just messing with you. Iv ruined many pairs in the garden so I’m forced to wear the boots. Love their strips on your lawns. Just got the HRH 536 it’s an absolute monster but looking at a smaller (hopefully lighter) roller mower for my smaller clients. Any suggestions?
@@andrewmichaelburns5793 Fair one mate ! To be fair I love these Aku boots, I wear them for Jill walking too💪🏽. Im in the same boat mate ! Bit unsure on which way to turn with smaller roller mowers.. I believe your option is between Honda & hayter for a 16” roller🌱🌱
Thank you. This was super useful.
No problem at all David ! Glad it has been of use 😄 hope you have a great off season!
Great advice mate, but time to come home and watch the toon
Oh mate, nothing like the atmosphere, can’t imagine what it’s going to be like over the next couple of seasons !😍🖤🤍
Nice tips pal......my autumn fertiliser is down along with iron, seaweed and humic acid. Been great watching your video's pal 👍
That’s brilliant Richard ! I found that 2 weeks post application of the fertiliser the colour really came through. Really happy with how it’s looking now.
Thank you very much for continuing to tune in, next year there will be lots more consistency 😄🌱
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance bring it on pal, loving the channel and content........great help for us novices 👌
@@richardgould1978 that’s awesome to hear Richard thank you😄, I hope you have a brilliant weekend !🌱
What are them trousers called? or where can I find them? Thanks.
Any advice for a lawn (sod) that comes a part just walking on it. It not the clippings. Sod was installed about 7 months ago.
Hi Joseph that’s a long time ago for it not to be truly knitted, if it’s coming apart as I’m thinking I would be lifting a selected area and checking the ground underneath, heavy rubble/ rock/ bad prep could be the cause
I was hoping to put my autumn fertiliser in a couple of weeks . Might put it down this weekend
If you can, now is a brilliant time as it’s still half decent temps and we are still getting a decent mix of wet & dry days.
Couple of weeks time will still be fine to apply though if that’s what you prefer 😄🌱.
Thank you for commenting Dave 💪🏽
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance Jay your welcome love watching your videos . You will have to let’s us see your edger tool make etc looks good
@@davel831 I showed it on the last video id your interested 😄 ua-cam.com/video/88dUTd6fTgQ/v-deo.html 2:10
Hopefully I’ll get a full review out soon 😄🌱
Good advice jay just purchased the husqvarna 525bx blower on your recommendation
Thanks mate 😄 You will definitely not be disappointed 💪🏽 fantastic bit of kit. The 2 stroke oil from Husqvarna is definitely worth it’s money when it comes to mixing your fuel 🌱
Good job mate!
Thank you pal 🌱😄
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance when would be the best time to cut back my roses? ha ha im a new home owner......newbe
Do I neee to put seeds also after lawn food? If yes then how much should be the gap between both of these process?
Nice video Sam. Clean edges make all the difference. Would you reccomend the Weibang mower? Is it the 48pro and is it heavy? Thanks
Hi Joseph! Thank you for commenting 😄.
They definitely do, the Weibang is a Legacy 48 Pro BBC rear roller, it’s brilliant but not made for lawns this small lol. It’s great on my clients though 150m/2 +. I have a full review of the mower here ua-cam.com/video/6XVVs6Hvc9E/v-deo.html it weighs 67kg so pretty heavy as for as walk behind mowers go but it is a solid, commercial bit of kit 💪🏽. I don’t usually use it on my lawn but the smaller Husqvarna is in for repair.
Good tips mate, you still liking that weibang?
Thank you very much mate ! Hope you are well, You know what I had a period a month ago or so where I really wasn’t happy with the collection, but literally since that point it’s been brilliant again (considering it’s a roller mower). Weibang have advised me to go from 2800rpm to 3200 so that’s also something I’m planning on getting done. Just need to make sure you have it on speed 1 if it’s wet wet.
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance Yeh had to do that to my weibang mate and pretty much all my other mowers 😂, they are far too slow from factory spec especially for pro use. Do they do a high lift blade for that model? as that will help loads as well 👍
@@RJLgardens fair one ! Setting 3 is decent to be fair but it needs to be either dry or on the shorter side to take it down the shoot no bother.
Sadly they don’t ! I believe you can find one but it voids the warranty and causes problems with the clutch.. unfortunate really
@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance Yeh that's a shame, think i would put a better blade on if i could find 1, no one needs to know 😉. Upping the engine rpms is a def must though mate 👍
@@RJLgardens I took it to my local (Husqvarna) dealer and they were unable to up it, going to have to look for someone else close by I reckon 😩
Is that fertiliser cat friendly
Steve I have 2 cats and they have been fine, I always just ensure it’s watered into the lawn straight away as with any granular treatment 👍🏼
Good stuff 👍
Really appreciate it mate 🌱
