- Hi friends! This one is SHORT but SPICY! This strong vinyasa yoga practice is powerful, don't let the fact that it's only 20 minutes fool you! We will warm our bodies from the inside out and have options for some frog hops, twists and more! This is great if you have no time but still want to MOVE. This comes from a request for shorter practices, so as always if you have requests please leave them in the comments and I will do my best to film them for you 🤍
