Esholt Positive Living - a sustainable development near Bradford by Tate + Co

Recently approved (September 2021) plans for 150 homes and 100,000m2 of commercial space on unused land around the Esholt waste water treatment. Designed for Yorkshire Water and sister company Keyland Developments in collaboration with sustainability consultants 3 ADAPT and planning consultancy Barton Willmore.
