You’re a great hairdresser and excellent teacher. This tutorial was easy to understand and follow with clear instructions without background music or unnecessary chat. I always wanted to be a hairdresser but was told by my careers officer I couldn’t because I had psoriasis 😔 If things were different I would have wanted the YOU now to teach me back THEN! I had a stacked/graduated bob through most of my 20’s (1990’s).... it really looked great on me! I will return to that look in the next few years. I have never had long, chest length hair, so- I am trying to grow it out. But- video’s like this tempt me to ‘chop chop’. 🤣

I love your cut, the Bob looks perfect! I have my hair in a graduated Bob forever and love it and had a great stylist in Philadelphia but she decided to shut down her salon during Covid. I have had a hard time finding another stylist like her and seeing your tutorial brings back memories of my best cuts. I now moved to Florida and am again looking for the perfect stylist.

Great simple technique, also leaves a great foundation to texturise once dry depending on the clients preference
It takes hours and hours practicint to make a haircut this nice. It takes lots of courage to put yourself right out in front for even a dozen people, let alone a million. A simple approach, great for learners. 8:21 that piece of the curved baseline you cut in is rearing its ugly head behind the ear. Learners, you're gonna have to cut it off later anyway, so don't cut it that way in the first place. Cut it square. A-line isn't about cutting a center curve out of the base line, it's a much more elegant geometric exercise of connecting a square line with the sides and shifting it in 3 dimensions downward from paralell with the floor.

I love your video. I went from slightly below shoulders to chin length & one length all around. This is what I asked for, except I also asked for a few undercut layers underneath back. It was my mistake not to ask for graduated precision & nice clean edges like in your video. It is really heavy all over & sides stick straight out when I blow dry it. I will wait a month & go in & get angled cutting like in your video, which showed clean sharp edges which I love. Thank you for your informative & easy to understand video for non-professionals like me to understand!!
