Need to get below 10.10 to qualify for olympics and give some competition until then it's hopeless. We don't even have a sprinter who can qualify in sprinting forget about coming top 5 or running in the finals

In the 1950s and 1960s, Milkha Singh used to run 10.4-10.5 sec in the 100 m. In more than half a century we have improved by barely around 0.25 sec or so. Look at our Chinese and Japanese counterparts. Yupun Abeykoon from Sri Lanka has run under 10 seconds, and under 10.1 seconds multiple times. Our Bangladeshi brother Imranur Rahman has run 10.1 seconds. How long will India wait when some male runner officially breaks 10.2 under legal wind conditions????!!! The sprinting situation in India is horrible, dismal. I have no words for it.

A Sri Lankans broke the 10second barrier, most of India's sprinters come from South India, especially Kerala which is close to Sri Lanka, so with infrastructure we can definitely produce su bingtian level sprinters too

Some people don't know that he has 10:25s national record. If he gets good weather conditions then he will easily cross 10:00s. In India weather condition is very bed, too hot and warm. Specialy in western part of India.

Every sprintets should spend less time on the ground with maximum power. Comonly says (much power as possible at the same time less energy as possible) musles are loose and relax in the air and fire the instant before touch down. While touching the ground (knees together and touch down).. This is very common tricks (He must know about relaxation because relaxation is everything.)that is vey big lesson can't able to text deeply. . Sprinting is more than 60 percent relaxation for example (florence griffith joyner the best technician in the world)

Sprinting is about genes. It's a black people sport. They are naturally gifted. Even rich white people who have all the facilities don't perform very well in sprinting.

There are people with great sprinting talent in India. But they’re probably sitting behind a desk or walking around in a village somewhere. The guys is this race aren’t that talented. It’ll be a good few years before that hidden gem is found (It took China many years to find Su Bigtian). Also, coaches here just don’t know how to spot talent. I know I could never make the olympics as a sprinter myself, but I’ve beaten college level athletes here in literally the worst shape of my life. One day… We’ll break break the 10 second barrier 🇮🇳
