President, the articulating steering is interesting on this truck. Just when I think I'm okay the body shifts and I end up rolling and dumping my cargo. Usually my fault all things considered.. I once decided to go hang-gliding, as a kid in the nineties. Hangglider was made by my slightly older way smarter cousin. (no way would she try it, but she knew this fool would do anything with the slightest encouragement) Was made from garbage bags 1/2 inch poly pipe and baling twine. Got up on roof ran as fast as I could and leapt off, got no lift whatsoever, soon reunited myself with the ground, she was now rolling around pissin herself laughing. Tried to get me to try again, saying I flew for a few seconds. Called her a bitch and limped off to find some other stupid thing to do, think I broke an ankle but was to humiliated to tell an adult.
Great vid as always :) I use to run your longer videos in the background while playing Snowrunner. Of course only stuff that doesn't spoiler me. I've watched through your video list and couldn't find any Scout 800 content so i have a suggestion/wish for a future video, after you've finished Imandra maybe. How about a comparison between the Loaf and Scout 800. Not in terms of usual performance but about following question: Can the Scout 800 fulfill the special vehicle role as good as the Loaf can? For sure it can't match the cuteness of the goddamn horse of a vehicle. I've been a bit more specific about this in your scout #3 video.
Please do the f750 review. I have always loved the truck but now its top tier in my opinion for a ton of different roles. But I have been highly anticipating your opinion! I can't wait to hear what you have to say about it.
With the articulated steering you just point the front in the direction you want to go and the back will follow. But right now the best of the behemoths is deff the short nose kolob. Eventhough it is the heaviest with the same engine as the antarctic etc.. that always on difflock just keeps the momentum going.
I like the Azov Antartic. It takes some getting used to but it will go where you need it to. Tipping isn't bad as long as you give yourself room to countersteer. Basically turn towards whichever way you're rolling and you can often prevent it or keep the engine running to winch onto something. Steering should be stronger. Its hydaulic so I dont see why not provided the engine is running.
I find that with the Antarctic and the Cat, it’s easier to drive from in cab, I think the camera doesn’t know what to do with the articulation (which half to follow) and gets confused but in cab it seems like a more or less normal truck. I do Farming simulator too, and the articulated tractors in that game are the same, much easier to line up and control in cab.
I really wanna like the Antarctic but it’s so top heavy. And by the time I got to whatever level to unlock it, I already did most of the small cargo delivery missions. Also the AWD always on screws me over. The turning is so bad it it 😅

Id enjoy that metal detector more if it didnt need a mission to actually work. Lol i went scanning for the bomber after i scanned for the armored cars... Found the cars. No bomber. After i got the bomber mission, found the bomber... I think it either needs the mission, or the bomber doesnt spawn til you get the mission. Lol yea we've all got stories like the car thing. I remember that video too with the lawnmower. Was hilarious. I kinda miss people not butting in all the time. But ya know, we gotta live in a "0 risk" society... Kinda of annoying. Life is risk...no risk, no stories, no knowledge. As a result, society stagnates. Too much liability to try new things. Now we just go with what works. I think its kind of sad that fewer people break bones now. Lol. I mean, how else are you gonna find out that launching yourself out of a catapult with a cape is a bad idea...even if your wearing a superman t shirt? Lol
I have really been thrashing the big trucks on Imandra and this one doesn't make the cut. The ZIKZ can carry the same cargo in a fraction of the time and it handles terribly and is less than half the size.
It is interesting that they nerfed those tires ability on ice, even though its LITERALLY A TRUCK DESIGNED FOR EXTREME SHOW AND ICE. And you cant change the dang tires either. Either Give us good ice tires or fix the tires on this to be good on ice. So lame.
It’s just one of the things they stuck on the map to make it take longer to move about. Some trucks go over it like it’s not there (John hardly even slows down - although it’s going pretty slow to start), and others simply cannot pass (should have put a statue of Nivelle next to it).
Daley Kopae I’ve found that side to have the super snow and mud, it’s slow. I usually go for the root end of that tree, as far as I can get up that side and it goes fairly well. Some vehicles still struggle with it, but most will make their way over on their own. Those boulders down the road, they’re just there to be annoying, what I would give for a D11 in this game.

The terrain really shouldn't be able to overpower the steering on these tractors, and while not by to much it would be nice if the steering on these was a little snappier.. They need to bring articulation back closer to where it was in MudRunner, that game handled tractors way better then SnowRunner. The way they are in SnowRunner I just can't stand the Antarctic or CAT745C, they are both just so awful to drive.

The snorkel works now it’s a really good submarine. You can go really far in white valley water and north port is some places.

I'm just about to start building a new PC, so I'm gonna have to start this game all over again. Which I am not disappointed about.
Well if you have played on pc already you may get your old save from the cloud or get it over manually but I would probably also just play it again...

Do an update on the Derry Longhorn (old one) it has difflock an active suspension now. It's realy good.

Very hard to get trailers etc over it and to me it seems out of place.
