- Today I leave the farm and head to the beach. While here I try out the Nest Grande Beach tent to see if it will hold up to the wind and provide shade fro my family.
If you are interested in this tent you can find it here for $129 at the time of making this video.

We own the Neso Gigante and Neso 1 - both stayed up in high winds. Zero problems when you stretch WAY out and bury filled sand bags in the sand and position poles. We even used 4 poles. Best shade we’ve ever used, love Neso. The Shibumis are unusable on days with no wind!
You sir have the patience of a saint. That first tent would have had me using harsh language and threading it with destruction. I’m not gonna lie, I’m sure it was frustrating but there was some serious comic relief watching ya put it up. Beautiful area.
Haha. I just got there and it was peaceful at the moment.
Just had a hard time setting up neso grand with 4 poles. I raised the first 2, when I was raising the third one, the other 2 fell down, I was super frustrated.
1) read instructions
Thank you
If you’re able to pull the bags by their stings there isn’t enough sand. You put enough sand in the bag where you can’t close the bags. Did you ever manage to make it work?
You need to face it towards the wind, stretch it out way more in an “X” design and bury the bags.
I did. Did not work
Watched your attempt again. No where close to stretched out enough or the amount of needed to fill the bags.
@@lynnbecraft3708 I did not record my later attempt. I filled the bags up as much as they would hold. Stretched it out in an X as far as I could stretch it. Put the poles away an angle. Burred the bags in the sand and then watched the wind blow it over.
@@cornbreadcreekfarm7458 ok but there are videos of other people on youtube setting this up in 20mph winds and it works just fine - pretty sure you were the problem here
He need more sand in the bags
